What deck materials do you build with?
We build with pressure-treated lumber, cedar, and composite decking from brands like Trex and TimberTech. Composite costs more upfront but eliminates staining and sealing and lasts 25+ years — a great fit for pool decks and full-sun exposures.
Do I need a permit for a deck or patio?
Most attached decks over a certain height and any deck attached to the house require permits in our service area. We handle permit applications and inspections as part of the project.
Can you build around an existing pool?
Yes. Pool decking is one of our specialties — composite or concrete surrounds, proper drainage, and safety railings where required. See our pool decking project in the home page gallery.
Do you install fences and retaining walls?
Yes. Wood, vinyl, and aluminum fencing plus segmental block and poured retaining walls. We handle drainage properly so walls last, and we grade the site so water moves away from your home.
